1 pkg. California frozen vegetables, thawed
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 pkg. ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 lb. sliced velveeta cheese
1/2 stick of butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix veggies with seasonings. Place in buttered casserole bowl. Cover top with cracker crumbs and then slices of velveeta cheese. Drizzle butter over top. Bake 350 F. for 40-45 minutes.
