cake:
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
3 T. cocoa
1 c. coca-cola
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. mini marshmallows

icing:
1 stick butter
3 T. cocoa
6 T. coca-cola
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and flour in mixing bowl. Heat butter, cocoa, and coca-cola to boiling and pour over sugar & flour. Beat with mixer. Add buttermilk, eggs, baking soda, salt, and vanilla. Fold in mini marshmallows (batter will be thin and marshmallows will float on top). Bake in 9x13 pan at 350º for 30 to 35 minutes. Immediately top with hot icing.

Icing:
Bring butter, cocoa, and coca-cola to boil in saucepan. Add powdered sugar. Beat until smooth. Add chopped pecans (if desired) and pour onto hot cake.
