4 slices of bread
1/2 c. raisins (softened in hot water when drained)
4 eggs
4 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. condensed milk
1 c. boiling water
1 t. vanilla
Topping
4 tbsp. sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Butter and toast bread. Cut slices in four's, and place in bottom of greased casserole. Sprinkle raisins over top of bread. Slightly beat eggs and gradually add sugar, salt, and condensed milk.
Slowly stir in boiling water. Add vanilla.
Pour mixture over toast. Sprinkle with topping.
Let stand 10 minutes. Place this dish in a larger dish and pour water around the dish (water bath).
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Insert knife. When knife comes out clean pudding is done.
