1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, at room temperature
3 T. molasses
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2/3 c. orange juice
2 c. pumpkin puree
3 1/3 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Butter three 9x5x3 inch loaf pans.

With an electric mixer, cream the butter, molasses, and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time until combined. Add orange juice and pumpkin puree and mix well.

In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients and mix well. Add to the pumpkin puree mixture in small batches until combined.

Spook into prepared loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan for 15 minutes then turn out onto a cooling rack.
