Brown in 2 T butter until tender
4 lg. onions, sliced thin, add
1qt (4 C) brown stack (bouillon)
1 t Worcestershire sauce
1/2 t salt
1/8 t pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to boiling point and place in large or individual casseroles. Arrange over top of soup - 2 French rolls, sliced and toasted, sprinkle w/ 1/2 C parmesan cheese. Place under broiler to brown, serve immediately.

Croutons may be used in place of french rolls.
