8 oz sour cream
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C melted butter
2 C flour
1 t salt
2 pkg. dry yeast
2 eggs beaten
1/2 C warm water

Filling:
2 - 8 oz pkgs cream cheese
3/4 C sugar
1 egg beaten

Glaze:
2 C sifted powdered sugar
1/4 C milk (+ or - for consistency)
2 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Scald sour cream & combine salt, sugar & butter & mix well. Let cool to lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl. Stir in sour cream mixture and eggs. Gradually stir in flour. Dough will be soft. Refrigerate over night covered tightly.

Divide dough into 4 equal parts. Turn each on floured surface and knead 1/2 dozen times. Roll each into a 12 x 8 rectangle.

Filling:
Combine & process in mixer until blended. Spread on each rectangle, leaving 1/2" margin around edges. Roll up like jelly roll, at long side. Place rolls seam side down on greased cookie sheets. Make 6 equal cuts across top of each loaf. Cover and let rise 1 hour or until doubled.

Bake @ 375º - 20 min.

Glaze while warm.
