1 round steak cut into serving portions
1 onion cut into slices
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can of water
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lay round steak in roasting pan . Sprinkle with sliced onion, 2 tbsp of flour, salt and pepper and 1 Tsp dry parsley .
Mix soup and water together. Pour over all .
Bake covered for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
