3 c. all-purpose flour
l tsp. salt
l c. lard or vegetable shortening
l beaten egg
1 T. vinegar
3-5 T. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the flour, salt, and shortening together - work with a pastry blender or fork until the mixture is crumbly. Add water and vinegar to beaten egg and add a little at a time to flour mixture until it forms a dough that clings together. Roll out on floured board - makes several crusts.
