2 lbs Small Tender Green Beans
1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
4 Cloves Garlic
4 Large Heads of Dill
2 1/2 Cups Water
1/4 Cup Salt (5 TBLS)
1 Pint Vinegar (2 1/2 Cups)

Directions:
Directions:
Divide red pepper & garlic equally among jars!

Sterilize jars, clean beans & dill. Add to each jar, garlic & 1/4 tsp pepper. Pack with beans & put a head of dill on top. Pour boiling brine to within 1/4" of top & seal at once. Process in boiling water bath for 5 mins.
