3/4 inch wide x 4 inches long slices of Lean beef or beef short ribs (about 2 lbs)
sesame oil (2 tbsp)
salt (2 tbsp)
minced garlic (2 cloves)
green onions chopped (2)
vegetable oil (5 tbsp)
sugar (3 tbsp)
soy sauce (about 2-3 tbsp)

1. Mix meat & vegetable oil
2. Pour sugar in bowl with meat and mix
3. Add soy sauce. Mix.
4. Add chopped green onions. Mix.
5. Add sesame oil. Mix.
6. Add the rest of ingredients and Mix.
7. Grill.

This is a recipe Lee got when he was at the Defensive Language Inst. in CA taking Korean. This can be served with rice or just as an appetizer by itself. We have made this mostly as an appetizer and end up making about 5 lbs for a party because it goes Very quickly.
