1/2 cup chopped red onion
2-3 tsp minced garlic
olive oil
2 tsp Oregano
1 tsp or so salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp celery seed
parsley
2 cans heinz vegetarian beans
Ditalini noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Bring pot of water to boil to cook Ditalini noodles. About 3/4 to full box.

In separate sauce pot pour olive oil. Enough to generously cover bottom. Once hot over medium heat add onions, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, italian seasoning. Once onions are cooked add the cans of vegetarian beans. Mix thoroughly. Add celery seed (or flakes) and parsley. Cook together for another 5 min or so to heat through.
Once noodles are done - add enough drained noodles to get good mixture between beans and macaroni. Stir and enjoy.

This is a from memory recipe. I do Not measure the above when making this - the measurements are an estimate. Over the years added the celery to add just a touch of sweetness to make it taste more like what I remember.
