6 eggs.
1 ¼ C sugar
1 tsp. salt
½ T. lemon extract
1 ½ T. vanilla
¾ C Crisco (melted and cooled)
½ tsp. Baking Powder
6 C Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat 6 eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Roll approximately 1/8 inch thick. Cut in strips 1x2”. Cut slit in middle and loop one end through slit. Deep fry until golden brown. Drain on brown paper bags. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when ready to serve.
