Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
One of my good friends, Keri Carlson, first made this recipe when I was in college. The combination of ingredients sounds strange, but it really does taste delicious and is so easy. It is a fun twist on regular chicken salad and would be great to bring to a potluck or shower since it can feed so many.
