1/2 onion
3-4 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp olive oil
2-3 cans of stewed tomatoes (depending on how much sauce you want)
Pinch of salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp other Italian spices
1/2 cup of cream
Penne, ziti or rigatoni noodles (as many as needed)
1 bag of Kraft Italian cheese mix (or other italian cheeses)
500 mg ricotta cheese (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a pot put the onion, garlic and oil and heat on medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add the stewed tomatoes and spices to the pot. Cook until onions are tender.

Blend the mixture until smooth and then pour mixture into pot. Add cream and stir. Heat the mixture till desired temperature and then turn the stove onto low and let the sauce slowly cook.

Cook the noodles until they are not too hard but are not too soft. Drain the noodles.

Get an oven safe dish and place a half of noodles, then a layer of sauce then if you want ricotta cheese, then the rest of the noodles and another layer of sauce an finally the cheese.

Bake in oven on 350℉ until cheese is melted.
