2 C flour
1 1/2 C sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 lg can crushed pineapple (20 oz)
2 tsp baking soda

Frosting
1 1/2 c sugar
1 stick margarine
1 small can evaporated milk
1 c chopped pecans
1 c flaked coconut
1 dash (1/4 tsp) salt
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix flour and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into ungreased 9x13 pan. Bake 30 min.

Frosting- Mix ingredients in pan and bring to boil. Boil 6 minutes. Pour over cake as soon as it's taken from oven. (I put knife blade punches in the cake so the frosting will sink into the cake)
