4 boneless top loin pork chops
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 fresh pineapple, peeled and cored
3/4 c. plain yogurt
1/3 c. orange marmalade
2 T. coarsely chopped toasted pecans
1 T. fresh thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper. Cut pineapple crosswise into 8 1/2 inch thick slices and set aside. Combine yogurt and 2 tablespoons of marmalade and set aside.

Grill pork chops on the grill until done or 160ºF. Add pineapple slices to the grill, brushing the pineapple with remaining marmalade.

Arrange pineapple and chops on serving plates. Spoon yogurt mixture over chops and pineapple. Sprinkle with nuts and thyme.

For a lighter version, use low-fat yogurt and low sugar marmalade.
