1 C. hazelnuts, shells removed
1/8 C. almond oil
1 C. powdered sugar
1/4 C. cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Using a grinder or a high-powered blender, grind hazelnuts until they become very fine. Then turn the grinder on high until the mixture turns into liquid.
Add almond oil slowly to the hazelnut liquid in the grinder. After that is incorporated slowly add sugar and cocoa powder to the grinder while on.
Finish by adding the vanilla extract and mixing that into the mixture.
