1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup butter
3 tbsp mayo
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp green onions, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
dash hot pepper sauce
2 lbs skinless halibut fillets

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the broiler. Grease a baking dish.
In a bowl, mix the parmesan, butter, mayo, lemon juice, green onion, salt, and hot sauce. Arrange the halibut in the baking dish. Broil halibut for 8 minutes, or until easily flaked with a fork. Spread with the cheese mixture, and continue broiling about 2 minutes, or until the topping is bubbly and lightly browned.
