3½ cup quick cooking oats
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 egg, beaten
⅔ cup butter, melted
½ cup honey
1 tsp. vanilla
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup unsweetened coconut
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup chocolate chips
½ cup packed brown sugar
½ tsp. cinnamon

Combine oats and pumpkin seeds and bake 350ºF for 15 minutes (or until toasted) on cookie sheet, stirring occasionally.

In a large bowl combine egg, butter, honey and vanilla. Stir in the sunflower seeds, coconut, cranberries, brown sugar, cinnamon and chocolate chips. Add oat mixture.

Press firmly into a 9 x 13 in. baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350º for 13 - 18 minutes or until set and edges are lightly browned. Cool and then cut into bars. Store in an airtight container.
