Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Box Ghirardelli Dark Fudge Brownie mix
1 5 oz box of instant chocolate pudding (requires 3 cups milk to prepare)
1 8 oz tub of whipped cream cheese at room temperature
1 pt heavy whipping cream
3-4 Tbs refined sugar
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 cup of creamy peanut butter
2 Tbs milk
1 bag of peanut butter filled chocolates chopped (I used Dove Silky Smooth Promises)

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare brownies according to directions. Don't over bake them. Brownies are best when pulled out very slightly underdone and the baking process completes during the cooling process.

Prepare pudding according to directions and chill while working on other components

Pour whipping cream into bowl and add refined sugar for desired level of sweetness and whip until it forms stiff peaks and put aside in fridge

Then mix peanut butter and cream cheese and when combined add the confectioner's sugar and continue to mix finally add the 2 Tbs milk to this mixture

Remove whipped cream from fridge and fold 1 cup of it into the peanut butter mixture.

Cut cooled brownies into small cubes.

Layer in trifle dish until ingredients are exhausted. Recommended: brownies, peanut butter, handful of chopped candy, chocolate pudding, whipped cream.

To make it look pretty you can make extra whipped cream and pipe it onto the top and then decorate with whole candies.

Consider doubling for large trifle dishes. I ran out of ingredients before my large dish was full.

Personal Notes:
I have always made Andy a chocolate cake with peanut butter icing for his birthday. He is a stickler for tradition, but I convinced him to try this for his 2014 birthday and it was a hit! Recipe courtesy of howsweeteats.com
