2 pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained
2 c. bread crumbs
2 onions, finely chopped
2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. black pepper
1 T. Accent
3/4 c. butter, melted
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
4 - 6 tomatoes, cut in thick slices

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together, except the tomatoes. Use an ice-cream scoop and scoop into mounds and freeze. (Note: put in a freezer bag after freezing solid and use as needed)

Bake on tomato slices for 20 minutes at 350 F.
