1 lb of pasta (I use the angel hair)
1 lb ground beef (I substitute sweet Italian sausage)
28 oz spaghetti sauce
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 lb cottage cheese
1/2 cup unsalted butter
16 oz bag shredded sharp cheddar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare noodles. Mix cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, with mixer. Set aside.
Brown ground beef, drain, and add sauce. Put a few pieces of butter in 9x13 dish. Layer half the noodles, spread the cheese mixture over, add the other half of the noodles on top. Place a few pats of butter atop. Pour meat sauce on top and spread. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and spread grated cheddar over. Return to oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and and bubbly.

This is one of those recipes that turns up on Facebook. The picture looked so good that I tried it for a friends retirement dinner. The guest list was all women and they all went home with a copy of the recipe!
