1/2 cup minced cilantro
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 shallots, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp sugar
4 (4-oz) skinless, boneless chicken breasts
8 cups torn romaine lettuce
2 navel oranges, peeled and sectioned
2 celery stalks, sliced
4 scallions, sliced

To prepare marinade and salad dressing, in bowl, combine first 8 ingredients; pour 1/2 cup of this mixture into gallon-size sealable plastic bag; add chicken. Seal bag, squeezing out air; turn to coat chicken. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally. Pour remaining dressing into a jar and refrigerate, covered, until ready to use. In salad bowl combine last 4 ingredients; cover and refrigerate.

Preheat broiler; line broiler pan with foil. Drain chicken and discard marinade. Broil chicken 5-inches from heat source, until cooked through, 6 minutes on each side. Slice diagonally.

Toss reserved dressing with salad mixture. Top with chicken.
