1/3 cup uncooked rice
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs slightly and add the sugar, salt, and vanilla. Then add the rice and milk. Pour into a buttered dish. Gently shake the nutmeg over the top. Bake at 300º for 2 1/2 hours.
