1 cup water
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (3 oz.) package strawberry jello
1 qt. fresh strawberries, sliced
9-inch pie crust
whipped cream or whipped topping
Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, combine water, sugar, and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat until smooth and thickened. Stir in jello and set aside to cool. Stir in sliced strawberries and pour into baked pie crust. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or until set. Serve with whipped cream or whipped topping.
