1 cup sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 cup raw spanish peanuts
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Put sugar and syrup in a 10-inch round microwave safe dish. Cook on full power for 4 minutes in a 600 to 700 watt microwave (900 watt use 80% power). Stir well and add 1 cup peanuts. Cook for 4 minutes and 15 seconds. Add butter and vanilla. Stir. Cook for 2 minutes. Add baking soda. Mix well and pour on greased cookie sheet. Cool and break apart.
