1/2 cup Shortening
1 cup Water
1 cup Flour
1/4 tsp. Salt
4 Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Bring shortening and water to a boil in medium saucepan. Then, quickly stir in flour and salt. Beat constantly until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a ball. Remove from heat and cool.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating until smooth after each addition (this is where a hubby comes in handy). Drop by spoonfuls (12) onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 400º for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool and then split in half.

Fill each cream puff with vanilla ice cream and top with Sanders Hot Fudge Sauce (melted). Serve immediately.

For those who remember the famous Hot Fudge Cream Puffs at Sanders in Detroit, this is it! Tastes just like they did downtown!

You can freeze extra cream puffs for later if desired.
