3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick
2 tbsp margarine
1 can sweetened condensed milk (13 oz)
2 eggs
1 can pumpkin (16 oz)
2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º and grease the pie plate. Beat all ingredients until smooth, approximately 2 minutes, and pour into pie plate. Bake 50-55 minutes.

This crustless pie gets rave reviews every time I make it. The secret occurred when I miscopied the recipe from my sister -- I wrote down sweetened condensed milk instead of evaporated.
