Farmer's Cheese
Cream Cheese

Directions:
Boil potatoes until soft. Drain. Mash, add cream cheese & farmer's cheese. Mash all together. Ratio should be about 1/3 potatoes, 1/3 cream cheese, & 1/3 farmer's cheese. This is filling.

Take wonton wrappers, wet finger & moisten 2 edges. Fill with a small amount of filling. Fold wonton wrapper & press to seal. Set on a piece of paper towel while doing other perogies.

Boil water & add perogies a few at a time. Boil until heated fully (usually when they float). Serve with butter & sour cream.

These can be froze. When using after freezing, just put into pan with butter & onions. Heat slowly, gently turning over. These will be very fragile.
