150 g Zucker
300 g Mehl
5 Eigelb
5 Eiweiß mit 150 g Zucker steif schlagen
- unter den Teig heben
ca. 1,5 kg Plaumen

Zucker und Zimt darüber streuen. Bei 200 Grad 1 Stunde backen.
