1 lb peeled shrimp
12 bacon strips
1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese
2/3 jalapenos
Toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 or preheat grill.
Cook bacon in pan for a few minutes on each side. It will finish cooking in the grill or oven. Remove from pan pat with paper towel to remove excess grease.
Cut in half and set aside.
Cut cheese into two inch long slivers. Then cut them about 1/4 inch wide. Set aside.
Cut jalapenos in half. Remove seeds. Cut into 1 inch slivers about 1/8 inch wide.
Assemble by laying one piece of bacon flat. Place one shrimp on top of the bacon then add cheese and jalapeno. Wrap the bacon around the shrimp then secure with toothpick.
Bake or grill until shrimp is pink and bacon is crisp.
