½ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. pepper
1 T. paprika
3 T. fat
½ c. chopped onions
1 clove garlic minced
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. sour cream
2 c. hot rice or cooked noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, paprika, salt, & pepper. Roll meat in flour mixture, and brown in hot fat. Remove meat when browned.
Add onion and garlic. Cook gently until onions are golden. Add other ingredients except sour cream and rice.
Cook until thickened and bubbly. Return meat to pan and simmer about 1 hour stirring occasionally. Add sour cream 15 minutes before serving over rice or noodles.
