Egg whites
Parmesan cheese
Whole wheat flour
Bread crumbs
Whatever veggie you are frying

Directions:
Directions:
Cut favorite vegetables into finger-food serving size.
Beat egg white slightly.
Mix equal parts parm, flour and bread crumbs.
Dip veggies into egg whites then bread mixture and bake at 450 until the crumbs start to brown.
