1 cup yellow corn meal 
1 cup AP flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda 
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 Tbsp Jalapeno (seeded&chopped)
1 Tbsp garlic
1/4 cup shallot
2 cups buttermilk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix & let rest for a few minutes.
Put lollipop stick/skewer into cocktail wiener and roll in a little corn starch so batter will stick.
Now into the batter then into 350º oil. Cook until golden brown, drain on paper towel.
