Dried cherries
Toasted pecans
Blue cheese crumbles

Directions:
Use rice as your base ingredient, mix in cherries, pecans and blue cheese crumbles, as you desire.

To toast pecans put in pan, no oil, over medium heat until they are fragrant, add to rest of ingredients and mix.
