1 Lb. Hamburger
3 Tbsp. Onion Powder
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Ro-Tel Tomatoes
3 Tbsp. Salsa
2 Cans Pinto Beans
Cornbread Mix, prepared

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger meat with onion powder and drain. Mix hamburger and all remaining ingredients together in pot and heat through. Pour into a 9x13x2 baking dish. Spread prepared cornbread mixture over top of bean mixture. Bake at 400 degrees until cornbread has browned.

* Do not spread cornbread mixture too thick or the cornbread will soak up all juices from the beans, which will result in a dry casserole.
