3 c. Flour
2 c. Water
2 c. Sugar
2 T. Vinegar
1/4 c. + 2 T. Cocoa
2 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Salt
3/4 c. Oil
2 tsp. Baking Soda

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl blend flour, sugar, cocoa, salt, and soda. In a separate bowl mix water, vinegar, vanilla, and oil together. Add to dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake about 30 minutes at 350º F. Let cool, then frost with your favorite icing or dust with powdered
sugar.

This is a recipe that my Grandmother used to make. It is "wacky" because there are NO EGGS in the recipe. Sounds crazy but it works! I make this cake often because I always have these ingredients in the pantry.
