1 gal. tea
46 oz. apricot nectar
92 oz. pineapple juice
4 or 5 cups sugar
3 oz. lemon juice
2 oz. lime juice
red food coloring

Combine all ingredients. It works best if you put the sugar in the tea so it will dissolve. Another often requested recipe.

As children we ate at The Red Pump in Stuttgart almost every Saturday night. While the restaurant is no longer there, the love of Mexican food continues with all of us, especially the punch.
