1 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground ham
1 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk

SAUCE
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. mustard
1/3 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pork, ham, bread crumbs, eggs and milk. Place in 2 qt. casserole dish. Bake at 325º for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Mix sauce ingredients and cook for ten minutes. When ham loaf is half way done, drain grease and pour half of the sauce over meat. Finish baking. Serve with remaining sauce.
