Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Pound ground pork or chicken
2 tsp grated ginger root
½ cup chopped green onion
½ cup finely chopped water chestnuts
½ cup grated carrot
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil (I use vegetable oil)
¼ tsp pepper

1 package of wonton wrappers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Put about 1 tbsp in centre of each wrapper. Pull up sides to form a small bag shape. Use water to help seal edges better. Place on cookie sheet covered with wax paper (make sure they are not touching) and freeze. When frozen, place in a plastic bag and store in freezer. Steam from frozen state.

Do not use previously frozen pork.

Dipping Sauce
Sushi vinegar with a dash of soy sauce and hot garlic chili sauce if you like. Original recipe says dipping sauce is ¼ soy sauce and 1 tbsp ginger root.
