Personal Notes:
This is a recipe that my friend Maria Steed of Palm City, FL shared with me. It is absolutely the best meatloaf ever! Be prepared for a fabulous aroma while baking. I have never served it to anyone that hasn't requested the recipe! I always serve it with baked tomatoes like my mother used to make.
