1-2 lbs. ground beef browned and drained
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. black pepper
1 lg. onion chopped
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3-4 Tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vinegar
1 lg. can tomato juice
1 can any size diced or crushed tomatoes
3 bay leaves

Simmer 2 hours. Serve over spaghetti with lots of shredded cheese and oyster crackers.

This is my back up Chili recipe when I don't have the flavor packets that my regular Chili Spaghetti recipe calls for. They are both good!
