¼ cup Honey
¼ cup Applesauce
3 ripe Bananas - mashed
¾ tsp Baking Soda
2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
½ tsp Salt
2 tbsp. ground Flax Seed ( adds fiber with few cals )
½ cup plain Yogurt
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs
½ cup slivered Almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Mix applesauce, bananas, honey in a large bowl. Mix dry ingredients in a smaller bowl. Mix wet and dry together, add eggs, vanilla and yogurt. Pour mixture into two loaf pans, top with almonds, and bake at 350 º for 30-45 min until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
