½ c. rice
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground beef
½ tsp. pepper
1 T. chipped onion
1 can (10 ½ oz.) tomato soup
¾ c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rice, salt, and pepper. Combine onion and meat then gradually mix rice and spice mixture with meat. Form into balls.

Combine tomato soup and water in Pressure Pan. Drop meat balls into pan set control at 10 and cook for 10 minutes. Reduce pressure normally.

*Additional note: If no pressure pan available, meat balls may be placed in baking dish and cover with tomato soup and water mixture and bake 45 minutes at 350º.
