1/2 c. vinegar
1 qt. water

Directions:
To make brine, boil all ingredients while packing baby carrots in jars with fresh dill.

Pour boiling brine over, leaving 1" of space, and seal.

To seal: bring water to a boil and remove from heat. Add cans to hot water and let sit for 5-10 minutes. You will hear the lids "pop" when they seal! Any unsealed jars will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
