Bring to boil, then let cool to lukewarm:
1 cup Water
2 sticks Butter
5 Tbsp Cocoa

Combine with whisk: 2 cups plain Flour
2 cups Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Soda
½ tsp Cinnamon
Add 2 Eggs, slightly beaten.
½ cup Sour Cream or Buttermilk. Stir in cocoa mixture. Mix well by hand.

Icing: 1 oz Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup chopped Nuts

Bring to a boil, stirring constantly: 1 stick Butter
5 Tbsp Milk
5 Tbsp Cocoa

Spray a jelly roll pan (it has sides a little higher that a cookie sheet) with Pam. Pour batter into pan. Bake at 350° for 25 min or until springs back lightly when touched in the middle.
Add at once powdered sugar to boiled butter/cocoa mix. Beat with mixture. Thin with a little milk if too thick. Then add vanilla and chopped nuts. Frost cake while hot
