Ingredients:	Ingredients: butter graham cracker crumbs 3 eggs, separated 3/4 cup sugar 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened Sour Cream Filling: 8 oz. sour cream 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:	Directions: Butter 1 1/2-inch muffin tins, and coat generously with graham cracker crumbs; set aside. Cream egg yolks, sugar, and cream cheese until fluffy. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into creamed mixture. Spoon cream cheese mixture into muffin tins, filling 3/4 full. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Cool 10 to 15 minutes (centers will fall, forming an indention). Carefully remove from muffin tins. Fill with 1 tsp. sour cream filling. Store in refrigerator. To make sour cream filling: combine all ingredients then bake in a pie plate at 400º for 8 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes.
