Crust:
4 cups flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups shortening
1 egg
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 cup cold water
Filling:
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2/3 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all crust ingredients. Put in tart pan. Beat all filling ingredients except nuts. Stir some nuts into filling. Fill tart shells with filling. Sprinkle remaining nuts on top. Bake at 320º for 25 minutes or until set.
