1 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/8 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter
1/3 cup lemon juice
3 eggs, separated
1 1/2 cups milk
Directions:
Directions:
Blend together sugar, flour, and salt. Cut in butter. Add lemon juice, egg yolks, and milk. Beat egg whites until stiff, then fold into other ingredients. Pour into a dish and set it in a pan of water. Bake at 325º for 45 minutes.
