1 1/2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
2 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
2 small red chili peppers
2 tsp. fresh ginger
1 tsp. ground coriander
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp. whole cumin seeds
2 tsp. mustard seeds
1 tsp. paprika (sweet or smokey)
1/4 tsp. whole allspice
1 1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts halved

If using whole spice grind it using a spice grinder or blender. If whole spice is not available use ground spices. In a blender combine all ingredients except the chicken and blend well. Pour the marinade over chicken breasts and marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hours and up to 48 hours.
Grill or broil or bake chicken for about 6 minutes per side until no trace of pink remains. calories 143,

If using whole spice the flavours will be more intense and you might reduce the amount to taste. Can substitute a hot sauce of your choice for the red chili peppers and cayenne pepper. Adjust spiciness to taste adding a little to the sauce at a time.
